北京海淀启动公租房选房 804套房源等您来选

海淀区住房管理部门 recently released an announcement regarding the second batch of public rental housing allocation in 2025, specifically targeting certain groups of applicants. This round of housing distribution includes a total of 804 units, with small-sized apartments making up the majority at 654 units and medium-sized ones accounting for 150 units. Most of these units are one-bedroom or studio-style accommodations. The registration for selection notices will begin on April 29, 2025.
